Job Title: Oracle ERP Applications Analyst (SCM & HCM)

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Applications Analyst with strong expertise in SCM and HCM domains. This role involves analyzing business processes, managing master data, and supporting end-to-end ERP integrations to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud technologies and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform moderate to complex analysis of business processes and system performance
  • Monitor system resources and evaluate workflows to improve departmental efficiency
  • Analyze and present historical data trends for informed decision-making
  • Manage and maintain ERP master data across SCM and HCM modules
  • Support and optimize end-to-end ERP integrations
  • Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and data-related issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL
  • Strong expertise in OTBI / BI Publisher (BIP) reporting
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end ERP integrations
  • Strong background in SCM and HCM master data management
  • Experience managing Oracle ERP Cloud master data, including:
    • Chart of Accounts
    • Cost Centers
    • Suppliers
    • Items
    • Locations
    • Financial and operational structures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (FIN), HCM, and SCM modules
  • Experience working in complex enterprise ERP environments

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience (flexible based on expertise)
