Position: Salesforce Developer

Job Description:
ADS is seeking one or more contractors to provide IT professional services. The background explains that Vermont needs outside IT resources to support development and implementation of MESP initiatives, including IE&E, MMIS, and HIT/HIE, because the State lacks sufficient internal resources. The proposal must also include a transition plan to reduce disruption from contractor attrition or vendor transition.
Project Review:
The project is a staff augmentation / professional services engagement to support continuation of DVHA's modernization efforts. The State expects skilled IT resources to support Medicaid and related benefit system initiatives using project management best practices, and the work is expected to be time-and-materials based.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform
based on industry best practices and business needs.
Experienced in SFDC development using Apex classes, batch scripts and triggers, Visualforce
pages and components (in both Classic UI and LEX), Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL, REST & Web
Services APIs, Flow Designer.
Knowledgeable about integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and Web
Services API and third-party integration tools (e.g. Dream Factory, MuleSoft, Rhapsody).
Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating profiles, roles & users, manipulating page
layouts and record types, setting up email services, configuring approvals, designing workflows,
creating reports & dashboards, working in both the Classic UI and Lightning
Experienced in creating, installing and maintaining managed AppExchange packages such as
Pardot, ownbackup.com, Conga Composer, etc
Knowledgeable about Telephony, Chat, Mobile, Web, Social as customer service channels
Experienced in troubleshooting Salesforce application and integration issues
