Senior Technical Program/Product Manager - AI (Generative AI & Agentic Systems). Term: Permanent
Location: Denver, CO
Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week
Pay range: $160,000 - $194,000
A leading organization in the AI and emerging-tech space is hiring a
Senior Technical Program/Product Manager - AI to drive the development and rollout of domain-specific LLMs and autonomous AI agents that execute real business workflows at scale. This role sits within Engineering and plays a central part in shaping how AI transforms operations across the company.
About the RoleThe Senior TPM-AI will lead the end-to-end delivery of internal AI agents-from early scoping and system design through production rollout and long-term iteration. This includes translating complex business workflows into agentic execution models, ensuring safe deployment, and driving measurable efficiency gains.
You'll partner closely with Product, AI/ML Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data teams, and Operations to ensure AI replaces-not duplicates-legacy systems. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities- Own delivery of AI agents from design through production rollout
- Translate business workflows into agentic execution plans, orchestration logic, and guardrails
- Define success metrics around automation, efficiency, and quality
- Lead deprecation of legacy tools and workflows replaced by AI
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to migrate users safely and scalably
- Ensure AI implementations reduce operational complexity rather than introduce parallel systems
- Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and readiness
- Surface risks and dependencies early and drive resolution
What You Bring- 5+ years of technical program management or product management experience in AI or ML products
- Strong system design and solution architecture fundamentals
- Ability to map business workflows into system- or agent-driven execution models
- Technical fluency with APIs, services, and modern software architectures
- Experience with Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Ability to interpret data dashboards (Tableau, eCharts, etc.) and define analytical needs
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change-management skills
- Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
Nice to Have- Experience with NLP, LLMs, forecasting, anomaly detection, personalization, clustering, or computer vision
- AWS architecture knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.)
- Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
- Background in Ad Tech
Why This Role MattersThis position is at the forefront of building production-grade AI agents-not prototypes or experiments. You'll help define the architecture, workflows, and operational foundations that enable scalable, trustworthy AI across the organization. The work directly impacts efficiency, cost reduction, and the evolution of next-generation AI products.
If you're passionate about building real, scalable AI systems and want to help shape the future of agentic AI, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
