Overview:

We are seeking a senior level instructional design professional with strong data and analytics experience to support a large Data Literacy Program. This role owns strategy, design, delivery, and lifecycle management for a major learning pillar. The ideal candidate blends instructional design expertise, data fluency, stakeholder management, and experience creating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.

Required Experience:

4+ years instructional design/training
5+ years data & analytics experience (or equivalent education)
3+ years with instructional design tools (Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, etc.)
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience designing learning for diverse personas
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Cogito Fundamentals required; Cogito Trainer preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and execution for a core pillar of the Data Literacy Program
Mentor junior designers and data coaches
Develop and enhance data literacy curricula, modules, and learning resources
Conduct user interviews and apply instructional design best practices
Collaborate with data SMEs to validate content
Deliver virtual and in person training to clinical, operational, and executive audiences
Evaluate and iterate on learning products through pilots and feedback
Support program marketing and enterprise wide engagement
