Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with strong Project Management capabilities to lead enterprise SAP Finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), solution architecture, business process optimization, and end-to-end project delivery.

This role requires a combination of hands-on SAP FICO architecture experience and project leadership skills to manage stakeholders, oversee project execution, and drive successful implementations across complex SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Drive SAP Finance transformation, process improvement, and optimization initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Oversee configuration and support activities across SAP FI and CO modules.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Mentor functional consultants and provide architectural guidance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource planning, and status reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience with extensive SAP FICO expertise.
• 5+ years of SAP Solution Architect or SAP FICO Architect experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Strong Project Management experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Experience with integration across SAP MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• SAP Activate methodology experience.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Project Management certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to SAP Analytics, SAP BW, or SAP SAC.
• Experience with global rollout projects and multi-country implementations.
