Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Architect with strong Project Management expertise to lead Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives across complex SAP environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and architectural knowledge of SAP OTC processes, along with proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, enhancements, and business transformation programs.

This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge business and technical teams, drive solution design, manage project execution, and ensure successful delivery of SAP OTC solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solution architecture and design.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive OTC process optimization across Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Returns, and Revenue Recognition.
• Provide architectural guidance for SAP S/4HANA transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution reviews, and design sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, TM, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Oversee system testing, UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and project methodologies.
• Mentor functional consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP experience with extensive expertise in SAP OTC/SD processes.
• 5+ years of SAP Solution Architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP OTC implementations and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Intercompany Processing
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Strong project management experience leading global or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP Activate methodology experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of integrations with SAP MM, FI/CO, EWM, TM, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, logistics, or distribution industries.
