We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Architect with strong Project Management experience to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives across global SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP SD/OTC processes, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and large-scale SAP implementation programs. This role requires a blend of functional leadership, technical architecture, and project delivery management to drive business process optimization and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash solutions.
  • Define OTC solution architecture covering:
    • Sales Order Management
    • Pricing & Promotions
    • Credit Management
    • Delivery & Shipping
    • Transportation
    • Billing & Invoicing
    • Returns Management
    • Revenue Recognition
    • Accounts Receivable Integration
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend best practices for OTC process optimization.
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA OTC implementations.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Sales & Distribution (SD)
    • Pricing
    • Billing
    • Credit Management
    • Logistics Execution
    • Intercompany Processes
    • Returns Management
    • Order Fulfillment
