Desktop Support / Installation Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of IT support experience looking to expand their technical skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting desktops, laptops, hardware installations, software deployments, and day-to-day technical support activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a direct impact on end-user productivity, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop support incidents and service requests
- Perform workstation setups, relocations, upgrades, and refresh projects
- Support user account administration, password resets, and basic Active Directory functions
- Install and update software applications and security patches
- Image and provision new devices according to company standards
- Document support activities, resolutions, and inventory updates within ticketing systems
- Escalate complex technical issues to support teams when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting employees across various departments
Required Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, IT help desk, or PC deployment roles
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware installations, device imaging, and workstation deployments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and user account management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel between sites is required)
Preferred Qualifications- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
- Exposure to network troubleshooting fundamentals
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
- Experience supporting healthcare, education, or enterprise environments is a plus
