Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager - Business Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions across five operational pillars: Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights supporting production targets and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards covering Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation KPIs
• Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Redshift for real-time and batch data ingestion
• Architect data models (star schema, dimensional modeling) in Amazon Redshift to streamline reporting
• Drive end-to-end program execution for BI initiatives - from requirements gathering through deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, engineering, quality, safety) to define KPIs and align reporting with organizational objectives
• Implement automated data quality validation and cleansing processes
• Conduct training sessions for 200+ end users to improve dashboard adoption and self-service analytics

Required Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards in AWS QuickSight (Tableau or Power BI also accepted)
• Python proficiency for data transformation and automation
• Manufacturing or production environment experience (satellite production/aerospace preferred)
• Experience with Azure technologies and/or Snowflake
• Relevant certifications (AWS, PL-300 Microsoft Power BI)
• 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis)
• Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for large-scale data analysis
• Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and dimensional data models
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
