What You'll Be Doing

• 
  

  Own and drive business requirements across the full Opportunity Quote Order Fulfillment lifecycle

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state pain points and design future-state solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Work with CPQ and Order Management platforms to support process improvements and system enhancements

  
  


• 
  

  Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations across CRM, CPQ, ServiceNow, and ERP systems

  
  


• 
  

  Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a trusted bridge between business users and delivery teams

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application environments

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on knowledge of CPQ solutions, such as:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Steelbrick CPQ

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Callidus CPQ

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    ServiceNow SOM (Service Order Management)

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of end-to-end Opportunity-to-Order (O2O) processes

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with one or more of the following platforms:

  Excellent communication skills-able to work with both business and technical teams

  Exposure to large-scale or global enterprise implementations
