Summary

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager.

Position Type:    Full-Time, Contract
Duration:            12 months
Location:             Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

As a Project Manager, you will:

Support a variety of ongoing BAU build team projects within the IT PMO.
Lead project schedules, drive execution, and manage timelines effectively.
Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and advance project milestones.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including risk logs and communication logs.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong negotiation and project management skills.
Proven ability to work with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and manage project schedules.
Strong documentation experience (managed communication logs, risk logs experience is great)
Prior experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Telecom and/or infrastructure background.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of project management experience, specifically in IT infrastructure projects.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40-$45 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
