Pay Range: $22/hr - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Team supports the Medicare public sites. Contractors are needed in order to provide support with 2026 AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) site content development and QA efforts.
- Contractor will work closely with Manager and other Digital Communication Specialists to understand daily tasks and priorities.
- Day-to-day within this role may vary based on daily needs and priorities.
- Tasks include website content management (implementing content to websites or making website updates) and site QA.
- Assignments or work are completed within expected timeframes, work is completed with high accuracy/ quality, candidate is available on Teams throughout the workday and promptly responds to messages.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; 3 years of experience in Digital Communications or a related field, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore (3 years).
- Proven experience in web and/or digital content management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry (3 years).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience updating and maintaining website content, publishing pages, implementing content changes, and performing website QA/testing (not web development or coding).
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or Medicare is highly preferred, especially experience supporting public-facing websites or digital campaigns.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
