Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support a large-scale healthcare implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Genesys Cloud integration. This role requires a developer who can contribute immediately, troubleshoot complex integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
  • Design and build applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Genesys Cloud and other external systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware.
  • Develop custom connectors, REST APIs, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
  • Customize portals and extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and application issues across Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Customer Service development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Genesys Cloud (required).
  • Government healthcare experience, preferably supporting Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment programs.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate
  • Proficiency in:
    • C#
    • .NET
    • JavaScript
    • TypeScript
    • React
  • Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and business rules.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, solutions, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Experience building custom connectors and REST API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Experience with debugging, unit testing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience with Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Member/Beneficiary Services.
  • Experience contributing to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Certification.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification.
