Job Title: SAP Tech Support Engineer Location : Remote Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:
Interact with Client and agencies to gather/develop functional and Technical requirements and translate them into proposed business intelligence applications and reporting solutions.
Coordinate with Client and agencies to design, develop, and maintain complex business intelligence reporting and analytical solutions using various Business Objects tools and techniques.
Create and present prototypes to users as well as propose alternative solutions to legacy reports using different technologies and development techniques.
Create requirements documents for approval by system owners and business users to be used in the development of reports and dashboards.
Model, design, develop, test, and implement approved solutions in accordance with business reporting requirements.
Provide daily support of the existing Business Objects reports and universes with a focus on performing root cause analysis and finding ways to increase efficiencies, improve user satisfaction, and reduce cost/time to maintain.
Perform optimization reviews to consistently improve the universes, data structures, and to improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value.
Create detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, during the creation or modification of universes, reports, and dashboards.
Assist business users in downloading and using data from Business Warehouse and Business Objects data to Crystal reports, dashboards, Excel, etc., for analysis and dissemination to internal and external users.
Serve as a subject matter expert assisting STO with defining and developing treasury management, debt management, and investment management reports.
Work with client and agencies to determine the best approach to publish new dashboards to agency websites to promote transparency and access to information by the public.
Work with Client and DTO personnel to design, test, and implement a database to allow for the merging of SCEIS and Non-SCEIS data for the purposes of generating Business Objects reports and dashboards.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business intelligence and analytics needs
Manage Tableau Server/Online environments, including architecting, upgrading, publishing, security, user access, and data source management
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Microsoft SSIS, Azure Synapse, etc

Required Skills:
5+ Years of Experience with Business Objects architecture and components, and the design of complex web intelligence reports and dashboards.
5+ Years of Experience with design and development of business intelligence applications and reporting solutions in an SAP environment.
5+ Years of Experience developing complex web intelligence reports, dashboards, Crystal Reports.
5+ Years of Tableau Administration experience
3+ Years of Experience in the Public Sector
