Pay Range: $55 - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business and systems requirements into test strategies, scenarios, and plans.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain automated tests and tools.
- Adhere to Quality Engineering Practices in the development of automation scripts.
- Understand and apply BDD design concepts to test software solutions.
- Measure and report key QA metrics.
- Collaborate with technical resources to suggest process improvements and enhance automation maintainability.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 10+ years of experience predominantly in software testing/Quality Engineering.
- Hands-on Software Development in Test experience, including 4 years using Object Oriented Languages like Java and Python.
- 5 years of automation scripting experience (not record and playback).
- Deep expertise in Functional testing, regression testing, and End-to-End testing.
- Good understanding of BDD, CI-CD, and DevOps concepts is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science [Preferred].
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering [Required].
- Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM applications is preferred.
- Experience with validation of RESTful web services (Rest Assured or Karate), Jenkins (CI/CD Pipelines), and PL/SQL is required.
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS/Azure, mobile testing, and service virtualization is a strong plus.
- Understanding and working experience of non-functional testing is preferred.
