Software Engineer in Test

Summary

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Deep expertise in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Hands-on experience in software development in test (SDET) roles.

At least 4 years working with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Python.

At least 5 years of automation scripting experience (excluding record and playback).

Good understanding of behavior-driven development, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps principles.

Expertise in validating RESTful web services (e.g., Rest Assured or Karate).

Proficiency with tools like Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines) and PL/SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with test automation in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of Docker and service virtualization.

Understanding of non-functional testing.

Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM applications is a plus.
