Job DetailsWe are seeking a Civil Litigation and Business Attorney to handle a diverse caseload of commercial and business-related matters from intake through trial.
Responsibilities
- Handle cases from initial client intake through litigation and trial
- Draft and negotiate business contracts, agreements, and related documents
- Manage commercial litigation matters including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Advise clients on business formation, corporate governance, and risk management
- Handle matters involving commercial real estate and construction law
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure high-quality service
Qualifications
- Experience in civil litigation and business law matters
- Background in business formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts
- Exposure to commercial litigation, real estate, and construction-related matters
- Ability to manage cases independently from intake through trial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active bar license in Texas
