Candidate with 5+ years of experience supporting Remote Operations Centers (RTOC/ROC) across drilling, wells, and upstream operations.
Expertise in real-time application support, incident management, troubleshooting mission-critical systems, and coordinating live operational incidents across application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Strong background in upstream oil & gas systems, real-time data streams, and 247 operational environments with a focus on system uptime, data accuracy, and SLA compliance.
Need 247 real-time application support for BP RTOCs.
Acted as L1/L2 support for applications and infrastructure.
Coordinated incidents across application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Maintained runbooks, conducted post-incident reviews, and provided user training.

Shift Job:

12hrs /Day - Rotaional shift - 24/7 Support
2 weeks off and 2weeks on Per month
