Copilot COE Change Management
ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
Required Skills and Qualifications 7 years experience as a Copilot COE Change Management
Roles & Responsibilities Own and maintain the Copilot CoE knowledge base, including policies, FAQs, best practices, and adoption guidance
Design, schedule, and facilitate Copilot training programs, Lunch & Learn sessions, and enablement forums
Act as the central point for Copilot change management, including release readiness, impact assessment, and adoption support
Stay current on Microsoft Copilot roadmap updates, features, and deprecations, translating them into business relevant guidance
Communicate Copilot updates, changes, and best practices clearly and consistently across the organization
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and InfoSec teams to ensure Copilot compliance with BFSI regulatory and internal standards
Support and enforce Copilot governance frameworks, including acceptable use, data handling, and monitoring controls
Build and sustain a Copilot user community to drive engagement, best practice sharing, and continuous learning
Develop role based enablement content tailored to end users, power users, managers, and technical teams
Track adoption trends, training effectiveness, and change impacts, providing insights to CoE leadership
Support responsible AI use by embedding compliance, risk awareness, and governance into enablement efforts
Continuously identify opportunities to improve Copilot adoption, education, and organizational readiness
Familiar with M365D365 family application administration
