ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA)

Bravium Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to serve as a subject matter expert supporting customer-facing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced ServiceNow professional who holds the ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as a technical architecture lead across ServiceNow platform solutions
  • Provide technical direction and best-practice guidance for implementations and enhancements
  • Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable development
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal development teams
  • Develop high-level effort estimates and contribute to work breakdown structures
  • Support solution demonstrations and architecture discussions as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline platform performance and functionality
  • Provide guidance around platform security posture and governance
Required Qualifications
  • Current ServiceNow CTA certification
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
  • 7+ years of experience in application development (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, etc.)
  • Strong experience designing scalable custom applications and integrations
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and modern development practices
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow technical architecture and core modules
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure and networking best practices
  • Ability to lead technically while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and support concurrent efforts

Additional Preferred Certifications
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, predictive intelligence, agentic solutions, and ML-driven workflows
