Senior .NET Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in Tempe, AZ.

Summary:
The Software Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications that support business operations and customer-facing products. The role requires translating functional and technical requirements into reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain software applications, services, and APIs
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in accordance with coding standards
* Implement new features and enhance existing functionality
* Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
* Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and maintainable
* Follow established design patterns and development best practices
* Create unit, integration, and automated tests
* Debug and resolve defects found across environments
* Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
* Monitor application performance and resolve production issues
* aDocument technical solutions and operational procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 4+ years of experience working with C#, .NET Core, and Angular (latest versions)
* Experience in deploying software solutions utilizing primarily the Microsoft .NET framework
* Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
* Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
* Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and dependency injection
* Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive design principles
* Ability to contribute to technical specifications and technical design documentation for the software development team
* Ability to effectively analyze software source code to validate the application for business and technical requirements while supporting the improvement of the application
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team addressing technical issues and problems
* Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps (or Atlassian Jira)
* Must demonstrate ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking skills as required
* Good understanding of Agile methodology including experience with Scrum methods and processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
