Azure Platform Support Lead with expertise on Supporting large scale azure platform and application management support
Primary Technologies
Azure Landing Zones CAF
Azure and Fabric architecture
Azure Infrastructure and Networking Hub Spoke topology
Enterprise governance security
Database Technologies SQL MS SQL Server Relational Databases
Should be very strong in platform management concepts
Strong stakeholder leadership
Should have good understanding of Platform Data technology and organizational structure
Soft Skills
Must have Excellent communication interpersonal and listening skills
Good Insurance Domain Knowledge
Ability to design and present the architecture to Senior leadership of customer
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
Strong on stakeholder management
Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
Key Responsibilities
Define Azure Fabric platform architecture and roadmap
Own platform standards reference architectures and guardrails
Lead L3 incident escalations and root cause analysis
Partner with Enterprise Architecture Security and Data teams
Oversee platform capacity cost and reliability
Engage Microsoft and strategic vendors
Lead Assist with architectural strategic thinking information solutions and road maps to drive architectural recommendations
Understand potential impacts of proposed solutions on other systems processes or projects Articulates and document data designs considering tradeoffs cost and benefits
Drive technical vision and architecture designs to consensus across multiple teams
Experience on data migration from OnPrem databases to Cloud
