Overview
The SAP Supply Chain (SCM) / Value Chain E2E Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes, along with strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and ensure successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Solution Leadership
Lead design and implementation of end-to-end SAP Supply Chain processes using S/4HANA and BTP.
Drive solution architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external system integrators for seamless delivery.
Functional & Process Expertise
Design and implement solutions across key SAP modules:
o MM (Procurement)
o SD (Sales & Distribution)
o PP (Manufacturing)
o EWM (Warehouse Management)
o TM (Transportation Management)
o IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
Ensure seamless integration across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
Testing & Delivery Excellence
Lead testing cycles including SIT and UAT phases.
Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with project timelines.
Leadership & Collaboration
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional ERP teams.
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators.
Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure effective communication across teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
SAP Functional Expertise
10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Supply Chain processes.
Hands-on experience in S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments.
Strong expertise in sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
Proven experience in multi-module integration across SAP landscapes.
Leadership & Delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with large enterprise clients (Pharma/Manufacturing preferred).
Exposure to global rollouts and template-based implementations.
Experience working with external system integrators.
