Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP DTC Supply Chain Lead (Planning & Sourcing) on behalf of our client in New Brunswick, NJ. The role is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of SAP procurement and planning processes, ensuring seamless integration between Planning and Sourcing functions. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and partner with business leaders to optimize supply chain operations across S/4HANA, Ariba, and IBP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SAP procurement and planning strategy aligned with supply chain objectives.

• Lead blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment of SAP programs.

• Govern global templates and ensure compliance with IT and business standards.

• Oversee procurement processes including S2P, sourcing, contracts, MRP, and inventory management.

• Optimize planning touchpoints: demand planning, supply planning, sourcing rules, and lead times.

• Ensure accurate data flow across SAP MM, PP, IBP, Ariba, and MDG.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Finance leaders.

• Drive initiatives for cost savings, inventory optimization, lead time reduction, and supplier performance improvements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop SAP functional consultants and cross-functional project teams.

• Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 10 15+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain, with strong expertise in Procurement and Planning.

• Proficient in SAP MM and PP modules, with integration knowledge across Finance and Manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA transformations and global rollouts.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

• Proven experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ariba, IBP, MRP, and MRP Live.

• Familiarity with SAP CPI, MDG, and master data governance processe

• Experience in S/4HANA transformations and global rollouts.

• Proven leadership, executive communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
