Role Overview
The AI Community Manager will combine community management with a focus on AI products and technologies. This role leads the enablement, engagement, and support of colleagues adopting AI tools, ensuring responsible adoption of platforms like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. The position focuses on bridging AI capabilities with business needs through adoption, governance, and training as part of the Global Digital Strategy & Go-to-Market team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the AI enablement roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage a colleague-facing AI community through various channels to share use cases, best practices, and success stories.
- Research user needs and leverage feedback to improve the community and training experience.
- Design and facilitate AI training curriculum, including onboarding sessions, workshops, and learning materials tailored by function.
- Act as a liaison between AI Product Managers, IT, and other teams to surface insights and remove adoption barriers.
- Create analytics dashboards and performance reports to monitor AI tool adoption and measure impact.
- Ensure effective change management processes are upheld for colleagues adopting AI tools.
- Stay current with enterprise AI tool functionality, enhancements, and rollouts.
- Support governance and compliance processes, ensuring AI adoption follows the organization's responsible and ethical AI guidelines.
- Assist the Enterprise AI team with various enablement projects and administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in technology adoption and/or technical community management is required.
Technical Skills: A strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini is required, along with an expert understanding of AI prompt engineering. The role requires strong AI literacy, a strategic understanding of AI principles, and proficiency with the product lifecycle, agile/scrum methodologies, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous technical Product Management experience.
- Enablement experience with ChatGPT.
- Experience leading a community communications strategy.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
- Comfort navigating both product and technical conversations.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and product tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma).
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $75.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
