Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced GPP SME (Global PAYplus Expert).

Responsibilities:

·         Act as the onsite Global PAYplus (GPP) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer engagements.

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for all GPP-related functional and technical issues between the customer and Finastra teams.

·         Participate in Low Level Design (LLD) and Interface Level Design (ILD) workshops, providing recommendations on system architecture, interface design, and system integration.

·         Configure and support business and system configurations for customer implementations.

·         Analyze and troubleshoot testing issues using application logs, trace files, Oracle SQL queries, and database analysis.

·         Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) by resolving functional and technical issues.

·         Lead customer meetings to gather requirements, explain functional behavior, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and provide project status updates.

·         Troubleshoot production issues across application, GUI, database, and trace logs, recommending workarounds and permanent solutions.

·         Support production releases, upgrades, deployment activities, and post-production validation.

·         Review and validate Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, Interface Specifications, and Use Cases.

·         Collaborate with implementation, development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

·         Analyze payment workflows and recommend process improvements to optimize payment processing.

·         Independently manage customer issues while providing leadership and technical guidance during implementations.

·         Ensure high-quality customer support throughout implementation and production support lifecycles.

Must have Skills:

·         Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) / PAYplus USA / GFX Functional Expertise

·         Production Support, System Configuration, Oracle SQL, Log & Trace Analysis

·         LLD/ILD Workshops, Payment Systems Integration, SIT/UAT/NFT Support
