Location : San Francisco, CA/Cincinnati, OH/ Dallas, TX (Onsite at either of these locations)

Duration : 12+ Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+

Job Description:

· Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module.
· Build FSM functionalities including Preventative Maintenance and Calibration automated tasks.
· Ensure workflows and data structures support compliance and effective reporting.
· Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance staff.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable FSM solution and provide training and documentation.
· Support migration of legacy systems to ServiceNow.
· Maintain strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
· Apply experience with mobile workflows and field service operations.
· Work with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.
· Demonstrate effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Work collaboratively with project team members and stakeholders
· Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
· Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively)
· Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
