Location                               : San Francisco, CA/Cincinnati, OH/ Dallas, TX (Onsite at either of these locations)

Duration                              : 12+ Months

Job Description:

  • ·         Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module.
  • ·         Build FSM functionalities including Preventative Maintenance and Calibration automated tasks.
  • ·         Ensure workflows and data structures support compliance and effective reporting.
  • ·         Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance staff.
  • ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable FSM solution and provide training and documentation.
  • ·         Support migration of legacy systems to ServiceNow.
  • ·         Maintain strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
  • ·         Apply experience with mobile workflows and field service operations.
  • ·         Work with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.
  • ·         Demonstrate effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • ·         Work collaboratively with project team members and stakeholders
  • ·         Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
  • ·         Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively)
  • ·         Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
