Job Description:
· Developing a strategy to implement Salesforce Test Automation suites across 3+ scrum teams
· Developing and maintaining end‑to‑end automation testing frameworks and suites, incorporating toolsets such as Copado Robotics Testing (CRT), Jenkins, and Selenium Grid to enhance Salesforce test coverage and support continuous delivery.
· Experience understanding and interpreting customer business requirements, writing functional test cases and performing software quality tests.
· Designing and developing test and testing requirements for products, systems, software, and/or related technology using independent judgement.
· Partnering with applicable technology teams to determine testing parameters.
· Conducting quality assurance and design performance tests using established testing procedures.
· Providing troubleshooting for moderately complex testing errors and streamline testing procedures.
· Ensuring testing methodology and procedures meet company and industry standards.
· Preparing reports and advanced analysis for testing.
· Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technology and best practices relevant to the industry.
· Participating in Agile software development initiatives (standup, planning, grooming, estimation) to support innovation and enhancement of applications through iteration/functionality testing.
· Participating and collaborating with team members to assess Story Point/complexity efforts (using best practices) to ensure proper testing and delivery of functionality per User Story Acceptance Criteria.
· Collaborating with team members (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Software Developers) to develop test approaches with emphasis on automation of recurring/regression test cases through selected toolsets.
· Developing and documenting end-to-end functionality test case narratives using task management system.
· Providing early exploratory testing during the development phase.
· Conducting peer reviews of test cases and test documents.
· Mentoring less experienced team members and writing manual test plans and create test cases for product(s) as needed.

· Candidate must be available to work M-F 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and will be expected to actively attend and participate in DAILY meetings. If they cannot attend daily meetings, they cannot take this position.
· We cannot accept candidates who are working on side-projects or other part-time roles.
· Candidates must have the willingness and ability to obtain a CMS Public Trust after starting.
· Candidates must be able to create automated testing scripts (coding) from scratch. Automation experience of Record/Playback or Script Execution is NOT what is required for this role.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Possess Valid Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification – Salesforce certification will be verified on Trailhead
Required Experience:
· 8+ years of relevant IT system testing experience.
· Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications with any clouds, like Sales, Service and/or Experience Clouds.
· Proficiency with Copado Robotics Testing (CRT).
· Hands-on experience developing automation test scripts from scratch.
Required Technical Skills:
· Experience working and understanding large, complex Salesforce projects, with proficiency in navigating Salesforce and comprehensive understanding of Salesforce terminology.
· Experience executing Test Plans, Regression Test Suites including UI, back end, Salesforce components & Integrations using Web and API automation, and using TestRail.
· Experience using Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber, or an equivalent, and with RESTful services, integrating them with Jenkins/GitHub.
· Ability to view and understand real-time data and graphs displayed in Performance Center while tests are being executed to determine system health under load.
· Expertise in QA Test management, Functional and Non-Functional testing, and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
· Expert experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
Security Clearance Level:
· Candidate must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Experience understanding and interpreting customer business requirements, writing functional test cases and performing software quality tests.
· Experience working in a team environment supporting and resolving IT related issues.
· Expert experience developing testing documentation, such as Test Summary Reports and requirements traceability reports.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
· Ability to prioritize effectively.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to various stakeholders, management levels, and non-technical audiences.
· Ability to resolve issues with little oversight; ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and develop alternative solutions.
· Experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment
Preferred Skills:
· Experience working and/or interfacing with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
· Proficiency with data exchange tools and technologies including APIs.
