Role Overview

Tavant Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive business analysis activities, facilitate stakeholder communication, analyze business data, and translate requirements into actionable solutions that support business objectives and process improvement.

Required Skills and Tools

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and business process modeling.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to business analysis.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the logistics and equipment rental industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Lead requirements workshops and discussions to ensure requirements are captured and understood.
• Define and prioritize project deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and priorities.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of analysis.
• Prepare presentations and reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
