Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support customer journey and communication initiatives for provisioning and sales order systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless delivery of customer-facing communications such as email and SMS.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (SRS)
Collaborate with UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure requirements alignment
Support customer journey mapping and communication workflows (email/SMS)
Participate in testing, validation, and UAT support
Ensure high-quality delivery of provisioning and sales order system enhancements

Required Skills

Strong experience in SRS documentation & requirements gathering
Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments (UX, Dev, QA)
Hands-on experience in testing and validation processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Telecom domain experience
Background in marketing or copywriting for customer-facing communications
