Job Title: Business Analyst (Customer Journey / Telecom)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Locals Only)
Duration: 9+ Months Contract

 

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support customer journey and communication initiatives for provisioning and sales order systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless delivery of customer-facing communications such as email and SMS.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (SRS)
  • Collaborate with UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure requirements alignment
  • Support customer journey mapping and communication workflows (email/SMS)
  • Participate in testing, validation, and UAT support
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of provisioning and sales order system enhancements

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SRS documentation & requirements gathering
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments (UX, Dev, QA)
  • Hands-on experience in testing and validation processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Telecom domain experience
  • Background in marketing or copywriting for customer-facing communications
