Position: IT Desktop Support Technician
Location: Nashville, TN (on-site full-time)
Job Description
The Field Support Technician plays a critical role in
ensuring uninterrupted technology operations across the client's numerous
locations. This role serves as the primary onsite IT support resource, directly
impacting teachers, staff, and students by keeping instructional technology
functional and secure. The technician supports classroom learning,
administrative operations, and district initiatives by resolving issues quickly
and independently.
Given the size and complexity of the client, this role helps
maintain consistency and reliability across hundreds of learning environments.
They invest in this position to minimize downtime, protect data integrity, and
support modern educational tools. The impact of this role is felt daily by
educators and students who rely on technology to teach and learn.

1) Desktop & End-User Support: Ability to troubleshoot
and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, tablets,
printers, and peripherals, ensuring minimal disruption to classroom
instruction.
2) Operating System & Application Support: Strong
working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and
Google Workspace to support staff and student technology needs.
3) Network Troubleshooting: Foundational understanding of

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
