Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Master Data Management (MDM) experience to lead cross-functional data programs. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, data, product, and business teams to drive MDM strategy, execution, and delivery in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of MDM programs (customer, product, vendor, or reference data)

Drive program planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution

Partner with engineering and data teams on MDM platforms, integrations, and data quality initiatives

Coordinate across stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions

Track milestones, manage status reporting, and ensure on-time delivery

Support data governance, data quality, and compliance initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years of overall experience, managing cross-functional engineering & data teams

Hands-on experience with MDM platforms and data management programs (Customer/Product/Vendor data)

Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, and enterprise systems

Experience managing MDM platform transitions (Microsoft Informatica)

Hands-on exposure to Informatica MDM, data governance, integrations, and data quality

Excellent stakeholder management and delivery skills

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Experience in Agile / SAFe program environments
Prior work in large enterprise or regulated environments
