What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of manual testing across mobile and desktop platforms, developing test plans, authoring test cases, and executing them against cutting-edge hardware and software. You'll analyze test failures, file detailed defect reports, and drive quality issues to resolution by partnering closely with cross-disciplinary engineering teams. You'll provide regular updates and reporting on your areas of ownership, playing a direct role in ensuring the products that leave this lab meet the world-class standard this company is known for.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you bring 3 or more years of professional experience as a Software Quality Analyst or in a closely related role. You're well-versed in the full testing lifecycle - from test planning and design through execution and defect reporting - and you have a sharp eye for identifying patterns and troubleshooting complex scenarios. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you'll be documenting findings and collaborating across teams daily.
Experience testing mobile devices, hardware, home technologies, or Bluetooth accessories will set you apart. Familiarity with virtual assistant technologies is a bonus. A BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience rounds out the ideal profile.
