seeking a visionary ITSM Transformation Program Manager to drive the strategic evolution of our IT service delivery. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that span the entire ITSM lifecycle-from Configuration and Asset Management to Strategic Portfolio and Demand Management-ensuring IT services are aligned with the mission of teaching, learning, and research.

responsibilities:
- Partner with the Service Management lead to translate high-level business problems into executable project plans.
- Establish and mature Service Portfolio Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) practices.
- Oversee initiatives related to maturing Change Management and IT Asset Management (ITAM) functions.
- Interface with executive leadership to communicate program status, drive action plans, and align stakeholders.
- Act as a functional conduit between business stakeholders and technical ServiceNow developers.
- Synthesize complex problem statements and communicate strategic goals to diverse audiences across the university.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive ITSM experience.
Minimum 3 years leading complex, enterprise-level transformation programs.
ITIL v4 Foundations certification (Required).
Expertise in ServiceNow (functional) and its application in a large-scale environment.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and lead through influence in a decentralized organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced ITIL certifications (Strategic Leader or Expert).
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
Experience with OCM frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR.
Experience in Higher Education IT environments.
