Genesis10 is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for completing and tracking non-technical compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to applicable policies and standards, as well as local laws, rules, and regulations (LRR). The individual will partner closely with control functions, application owners, development teams, and technology managers to ensure technical security, risk, and other compliance activities are completed on-time and per requirements.
Responsibilities: - Foster collaboration between different teams
- Work with Application Owners to ensure that risk, security, and other compliance deliverables are completed on time and per requirements
- Ensure risk deliverables progress and meet the expected delivery dates
- Provide assistance to Application Owners with risk and compliance deliverables/requests
- Schedule weekly meetings with Application Owners to review upcoming deliverables
- Complete administrative and non-technical tasks related to compliance deliverables
- Assist with ad hoc inquiries and questions about applications
- Assist with Business Continuity exercises and evidence collection
- Assist with CM submissions for GIS verification or downgrade requests
Requirements: - Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with various timelines
- Highly motivated self-starter with proficiency in multi-tasking
- Skilled experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira)
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot
Desired skills: - Flexible in a changing regulatory environment
- Works well under pressure
Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
