Requested Qualification:
· 48 Months of experience in the Field of Desktop Engineering
· 48 Months of experience with Windows 7 & 10
· 48 Months experience in technical approaches to design, build testing, and debugging problems
· 48 Months of experience in active directory group policy.
· 48 Months of experience with Window image deployment and package creation/management.
· 48 Months of experience in PowerShell scripting language experience
· 48 Months experience in client-based security management tools including anti-virus, PKI, HDD encryption, and general client-based security hardening
· 48 Months of experience in Networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, Firewalls, etc.).
· 48 Months experience in Advanced troubleshooting and support for VPN and two Factor Authentication
· 48 Months of experience in Active Directory administration and management.
· 48 Months of experience with Cybersecurity best practices and compliance
· 48 Months of experience with Intel workstation hardware
· 48 Months of experience in mobile device management (MDM) solution
· 48 Months of experience in handling multiple tasks (ex: imaging laptops, answering the phones, supporting users, troubleshooting issues).
· 48 Months of engineer experience in research, analysis, planning, and implementation
