Job Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst with strong HR systems experience to support HRIS enhancements, integrations, and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements
Support HRIS implementations and system integrations
Perform data analysis, testing (UAT), and reporting
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders

Requirements:
Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong understanding of HR processes
Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills
