AI Coach Generative AI, Developer Productivity & Agentic Systems - 68107
Pay Rate: $45 - $48/hr
We have an urgent need for an AI Coach based in Eden Prairie, MN, working onsite to drive AI adoption and enable engineering teams to effectively leverage modern AI tools and workflows.
In this role, you will act as a strategic enabler and hands-on expert guiding engineering teams in adopting AI-assisted development practices. You will coach teams on the effective use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and OpenAI Codex to improve productivity and code quality. You will design and implement AI-enabled SDLC playbooks, defining best practices, workflows, and governance guardrails for responsible AI usage. Additionally, you will lead training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coaching programs to help teams integrate AI into their daily development lifecycle. The role also involves building and deploying AI agents and contributing to agentic workflows that enhance automation and engineering efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI and Generative AI concepts, with hands-on expertise in building or deploying AI agents. Proven ability to coach and mentor engineering teams on AI tool usage and adoption is essential. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, along with experience defining best practices and workflows for AI-assisted development, is required. Candidates should possess excellent communication and training skills, along with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, actionable guidance for engineering teams.
