We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Superintendent to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
  • Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient job site.
  • Implement and enforce the company's safety policies and OSHA compliance, promoting a culture of safety among crew members.
  • Coordinate and schedule all construction activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manage material coordination, ensuring materials arrive on time and are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Monitor work quality, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications and expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project progress reports, safety records, and quality control data.
  • Utilize project management software and technology to track project progress and report data accurately.
  • Handle any on-site issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role, preferably in the data center sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA regulations.
  • Certification in OSHA 30 and experience in field supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability in safety leadership, scheduling & coordination, quality control, material coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and technology.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
