Job Details:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a high level of leadership, strategic planning, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a solid understanding of OSHA 30, and a proven track record in managing subcontractors, overseeing budgets, ensuring safety and culture, and handling commissioning and closeout. This is a permanent role that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects from initial planning to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee budget planning and management for all projects, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest safety standards and promote a positive safety culture within the team.
  • Handle commissioning and closeout processes, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Mentor and guide superintendents, project engineers, and field staff, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
  • Implement strategic planning and coordination to ensure that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA 30 and other relevant safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and coordination.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in commissioning and closeout processes.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
