Senior Development Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Your Role

As a Senior Development Project Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle of data center development-from early design and pre-construction through delivery and commissioning. You'll be the connector between contractors, engineers, designers, vendors, and operations teams, ensuring every phase runs with precision.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee multiple campus projects with ownership of schedules, budgets, and reporting
  • Deliver clear, executive?level status updates that drive decision?making
  • Develop master plans, capital budgets, and campus-wide design strategies
  • Manage entitlements, permitting, and multi?phase site development
  • Write scopes, review proposals, and drive cost?effective procurement
  • Coordinate submittals, monitor budgets, and manage contractor performance
  • Approve pay apps, negotiate change orders, and enforce site security procedures
  • Partner with Sales Engineering & Product teams on client?specific solutions
  • Lead OAC meetings and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Support due diligence for new sites and help strengthen internal project management processes

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience across LS, CMAR, and Design?Build delivery
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for budgeting and executive communication
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Bonus Points:
  • MBA or Master's in Engineering/Management
  • Experience with mission?critical data center facilities
  • Deep experience managing MEP trades
