Your Mission:
Take the lead on complex data center development projects-from concept to completion. You'll own design, deconstruction, and construction delivery while partnering daily with contractors, engineers, designers, commissioning teams, and operations leaders.
What You'll Do
- Run multiple campus projects with full oversight of budgets, schedules, and reporting
- Present clear, executive-ready project updates that drive fast decisions
- Build master development programs, capital budgets, and campus-level design plans
- Manage entitlement, permitting, and multi-phase site development
- Write scopes, evaluate proposals, negotiate costs, and guide procurement
- Lead project scheduling, contractor management, submittal coordination, and change order reviews
- Oversee construction security protocols and commissioning workflows
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams on client-specific technical solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead OAC meetings
- Support due diligence for new sites and help evolve internal project management processes
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in commercial construction, including LS, CMAR, and Design-Build delivery
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive communication and budgeting
- Ability to travel up to 50%
