Fieldglass Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Fieldglass Specialist who can step in on day one and independently manage all onboarding and worker lifecycle activities within the Fieldglass portal. This is not a training role - we need someone who already lives and breathes Fieldglass and can operate with little to no guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and execute end-to-end onboarding within the Fieldglass portal
* Process new worker submissions, onboarding tasks, and approvals seamlessly
* Create and manage change orders without disrupting active accounts
* Handle extensions for temporary workers accurately and efficiently
* Maintain data integrity and compliance across all Fieldglass entries
* Proactively track and follow up on pending actions with hiring managers and vendors
* Serve as the go-to Fieldglass expert, resolving issues quickly and independently

Logistics:
* Strong preference for East Coast (EST) candidates
* Open to Central Time (CST) if willing to support early hours

REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree in Information Systems, Business, or related fields
* SAP Fieldglass certification is highly valued
* 3+ years of experience in VMS administration, procurement, or contractor management
* Proven, hands-on expertise with SAP Fieldglass
* Ability to navigate and execute all onboarding workflows without training
* Demonstrated ability to jump in immediately and add value from day one

Deep experience with:
* Worker onboarding
* Change orders
* Assignment extensions
* Troubleshooting portal issues in real time

Core Traits:
* Highly tenacious - consistently follows up and closes loops
* Responsive and proactive communicator with managers and vendors
* Detail-oriented - understands the downstream impact of every action in Fieldglass
* Self-sufficient - does not require hand-holding or extensive onboarding

* Minimal errors in onboarding and change orders
* Faster turnaround times across all Fieldglass processes
* Reduced back-and-forth with vendors and hiring managers
* Immediate relief for the team through independent execution

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
