Key Responsibilities:
Production Support & Issue Resolution:
* Triage and resolve GEP Smart production incidents across Materials and Services Procurement (e.g., Service POs, Service Confirmations, Vendor Catalogs, approval workflows, user access)
* Diagnose and troubleshoot end to end cross system transaction failures across SAP PO and GEP Click middleware
* Coordinate with SAP functional teams when GEP-originated transactions fail to post in SAP for invoicing or financial reconciliation

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):
* Support contract creation, approvals, amendments, and renewals within GEP CLM
* Assist with migration and conversion of legacy contracts from SAP SRM into GEP, ensuring data integrity, accurate field mapping, and smooth business continuity

Master Data & Integrations:
* Monitor and support master data synchronization between GEP and SAP across suppliers, materials/services, cost centers, and purchasing org structures
* Troubleshoot sync issues causing downstream procurement or invoicing errors

Continuous Improvement:
* Apply lessons learned to identify recurring issues and implement preventative measures
* Support Business Unit-specific tenant configurations (approval hierarchies, templates, roles, permissions)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of hands on GEP Smart experience across Materials Procurement, Services Procurement, Source to Contract, and Spend Analytics
* Proven experience supporting GEP in a hybrid procurement landscape with strong understanding of document flows and system of record boundaries
* Experience with GEP Click and familiarity with SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO), with the ability to trace and troubleshoot end to end transaction failures
* Strong understanding of Service PO and Service Confirmation workflows in GEP and their integration into SAP for invoice posting/financial reconciliation
* Experience supporting master data interfaces (suppliers, materials/services, org structures) between GEP and SAP
* Proficiency in ticketing/backlog tools such as Jira or ServiceNow

This role requires deep expertise in a dual system procurement environment, where:
* Inventoried Materials procurement is executed in SAP S/4HANA
* Indirect Materials and all Services procurement are executed in GEP Smart
* Documents, master data, and financial transactions flow bidirectionally between systems via SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) and GEP Click
* SAP remains the system of record for all financial data, including invoices

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the utility or energy industry
* Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments
