Workfront BA/Designer (2 Certifications Must, in Workfront Fusion & Workfront Core Developer)

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in the role of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar
• Excellent knowledge of work management and automations in the context of complex workflows
• Workfront Admin Certification (Adobe Certified Professional Adobe Workfront Core Developer) or ability to obtain within first 30 days
• Proven track record leading process design, project management, and change management activities for the development and implementation of business process changes and tools
• Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders through a thoughtful prioritization process that drives towards delivery
• Superb communicator and problem-solver
• Knowledge of the processes and operations of a global marketing function preferred
