* Define strategies and standards for architectural, engineering, and construction deliverables, including permit and construction document packages
* Own end-to-end design and engineering efforts for infrastructure, workplace, and lab development projects from concept to delivery, meeting the company's aggressive goals
* Manage permitting processes, construction documents, transmittals, and RFIs to ensure compliance and smooth execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design management (required)
* Proven experience managing complex MEP-integrated projects
* Comprehensive understanding of all engineering disciplines, with demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering resources effectively
* Strong track record delivering IFB, IFP, and IFC packages on time and to high standards
* Experience with VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) approaches in manufacturing, industrial, R&D facilities, workplace environments, and site infrastructure
* Exceptional project management skills in fast-paced, high-stakes settings
