Title: Oracle Plant Maintenance IT Analyst II

Role Overview
We re looking for an experienced Oracle Plant Maintenance IT Analyst II to support and enhance enterprise maintenance systems within a high-availability operational environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business processes, Oracle applications, and IT systems, and enjoys driving improvements, integrations, and end-user enablement.
You ll work closely with cross-functional teams (including offshore teams) to deliver system enhancements, manage upgrades, and ensure business-critical maintenance processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT implementation and support for Oracle Plant Maintenance applications and business processes
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and code rollouts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver solutions
- Work on system integrations across platforms and data sources
- Develop and maintain reports and queries for business users
- Support data-driven decision making by enabling accurate, timely reporting
- Document processes, specifications, and work instructions
- Lead or support small projects and system enhancements from concept to deployment
- Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and regression testing
- Support change management, business readiness, and user training initiatives
- Maintain application support processes and troubleshoot system issues
- Ensure stakeholder communication and status reporting across all phases
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong experience with Oracle Plant Maintenance (EAM) including:
- Maintenance work order management
- Asset management
- Maintenance programs & forecasts
- Work definitions
- Maintenance organization parameters
- Work areas, work centers, and resources
- Condition event codes
- Conversion of work orders to transfer orders
- Experience with system integration
- Strong ability to write reports and queries from multiple data sources
- Experience in process documentation (SOPs, specifications, work instructions)
- Ability to manage upgrades, enhancements, and code deployments
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with testing (test cases, scripts, regression testing, defect tracking)
- Knowledge of change management and release processes
- Strong interpersonal and user training skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in 24/7 manufacturing or utilities environments
- Exposure to data migration and new org setup within maintenance systems
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Familiarity with business readiness planning and user adoption strategies
- Experience supporting Procurement-related integrations

Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements for this office role include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours a day, and regularly operate standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Employees should be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and frequently perform tasks that require typing, writing, and document handling. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities to read materials and participate in meetings.
