Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Leader / Solution Architect with strong experience in Data, Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, AI, Cloud and modern engineering. The role will partner with clients, lead technical solutions, and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders and engineering leaders.
2. Design scalable Data, Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
3. Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, POCs, design reviews, troubleshooting, and development.
4. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as ClaudeCode to improve engineering productivity.
5. Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore teams and drive complex initiatives to successful delivery.
6. Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices.
7. Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, proposals, estimates, and technical presentations.
8. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and account growth.

Required Skills

1. 12+ years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or consulting.
2. Strong experience in Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric, Analytics, Cloud, and AI/GenAI.
3. Experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Fabric components such as Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, and related analytics capabilities.
4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, modern data platforms, and AI-assisted development.
5. Experience leading distributed/onshore-offshore engineering teams.
6. Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
7. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Azure, Databricks or Snowflake.
2. Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI.
3. Experience in cloud modernization and enterprise data transformation.
4. Consulting experience with proposals, RFPs, estimates, and account growth.
5. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
