Role Summary
The Change Management Lead owns change management for the cutover and implementation of the Oracle Fusion system, partnering with the Program Manager and BTO to ensure that changes to the ERP, SCM, and HCM environments are assessed, documented, approved, and executed with minimal risk to the business. This role drives change readiness reviews, cutover documentation, and go-live risk management, while coordinating the training and communication activities needed to support a smooth transition for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end change management process for the Oracle Fusion cutover, including documentation, approvals, and sign-off from required stakeholders.
Assess risk levels on all cutover-related changes to protect system and business stability during go-live and other critical periods.
Lead recurring change readiness reviews with the Program Manager, BTO, and workstream leads to review, approve, and sequence go-live changes.
Maintain cutover documentation, including runbooks, go/no-go criteria, and rollback plans.
Evaluate go-live and hypercare incidents and support root cause analysis for issues affecting cutover stability or adoption.
Develop and manage communications for cutover-related changes, ensuring impacted stakeholders are informed of timing and impact.
Conduct change impact assessments across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams ahead of each cutover event.
Develop executive-level reporting on cutover readiness, risks, and change performance for program governance forums.
Identify and recommend continual process improvements to the change and cutover management approach throughout the engagement.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of change management experience, including at least 2 years managing cutover/go-live changes on large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, and/or HCM) implementations preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing cutover runbooks, go/no-go criteria, and rollback plans.
Experience leading change readiness reviews and driving approvals across cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong risk assessment and root cause analysis skills, with experience supporting go-live and hypercare periods.
Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ITIL Change Management, Prosci ADKAR, or equivalent).
