Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Java Developer with strong technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications while leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications
Architect robust, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions
Mentor and manage development teams (onshore/offshore)
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams for requirement analysis
Drive code quality, best practices, and design standards
Perform system design reviews and technical decision-making
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of applications
Lead DevOps integration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud adoption
Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide long-term solutions
Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services
Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud)
Strong experience with Hibernate / JPA
Experience with Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ (Messaging Systems)
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (Containerization & Orchestration)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Strong database experience (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Experience with API Gateways and Service Mesh (Istio, etc.)
Leadership & Soft Skills
6+ years of experience leading development teams
Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
Ability to drive technical discussions and solution architecture
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
Experience in event-driven architecture
Knowledge of serverless architecture
Experience with performance tuning and system optimization
Certifications in AWS / Java / Kubernetes
Education
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
